What is IPRWA?

IPRWA is a type of ERC-20 compliant token. It stands for Intellectual Property Real World Assets. IPRWA is a type of token, not a token itself.

Function

IPRWA allows ownership of IP to be divided among multiple holders, with each token representing a claim on future royalty revenue

Technical Implementation

IPRWA is created after a vault successfully fundraises. The total supply of IPRWA the vault creates is a set value, determined during the vault creation.

Distribution

IPRWA is allocated proportionally to fundraiser participants based on the amount of stablecoins they contributed to the vault. The amount of IPRWA each user is able to claim is determined by the formula (userDeposit / totalDeposit * totalSupply) .

Properties

IPRWA tokens are transferable, can be staked to earn revenue based on potential royalties, and are backed by IP rights acquired by Aria Protocol.
